Data Deletion

How to delete connected social account data from CreatorMarket

Your Data, Your Choice

If you connected your Instagram professional account, Facebook Page, TikTok account, or YouTube channel to CreatorMarket, you can disconnect the account or request deletion of the connected platform data we store for that connection at any time. This includes Google and YouTube data accessed through Google OAuth and YouTube API Services.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Disconnect from Your Dashboard

Log in to CreatorMarket, go to your dashboard settings, and disconnect the connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube account. This removes:

  • Encrypted OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, where applicable
  • Imported profile, page, channel, audience, and performance metrics
  • Imported images or thumbnails that were copied from that connected account into your CreatorMarket media library and can be attributed to the connection
  • The social-account entry itself, including username, profile or channel link, and stored connected-platform IDs

For YouTube connections, dashboard disconnect also attempts to revoke the Google OAuth grant. Local deletion of the CreatorMarket connection data proceeds even if the provider-side revoke request cannot be completed.

Option 2: Revoke Access from the Connected Platform

You can also revoke CreatorMarket's access directly with the platform you connected. The right place depends on the platform:

If you connected Instagram:

  1. Go to Instagram → Apps and websites (or in the Instagram app: Settings and activity → Apps and websites → Active)
  2. Find CreatorMarket and select "Remove"

If you connected a Facebook Page:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
  2. Find CreatorMarket and select "Remove"
  3. Check the box to request deletion of data CreatorMarket has about you

If you connected YouTube through Google:

  1. Go to Google Account → Third-party access
  2. Find CreatorMarket and remove access

Removing access in your Google Account stops CreatorMarket from refreshing YouTube data. To delete YouTube data already stored in CreatorMarket, disconnect the YouTube account in your CreatorMarket dashboard or contact us directly.

If you connected TikTok:

You can remove CreatorMarket from TikTok's connected-app settings where available. To delete TikTok data stored in CreatorMarket, disconnect the TikTok account in your CreatorMarket dashboard or contact us directly.

When Meta supports it, an automated deletion request will be sent to us. We process these requests promptly and delete the Meta account connection data we can identify, including stored tokens, synced metrics, and imported images linked to that connection. Google and TikTok revocation settings may not send CreatorMarket an automated deletion request, so the dashboard disconnect or direct email request is the clearest deletion path for data already stored in CreatorMarket.

Option 3: Contact Us Directly

Email us at info@creatormarket.ae with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When we process a connected account deletion request, we remove the data we can identify for that connection, including:

  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube profile, page, or channel information
  • Audience demographics and aggregated analytics data, such as age, gender, and country-level audience summaries
  • Follower counts, subscriber counts, engagement metrics, channel statistics, and other synced performance data
  • Encrypted OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
  • Imported CreatorMarket media that we can attribute to the disconnected account, Page, or YouTube channel

We retain only limited records needed for compliance, security, dispute handling, or deletion-request tracking, such as confirmation codes and timestamps.

Check Deletion Status

If you requested deletion via Meta, you received a confirmation code. Use it to check the status of your request on our Deletion Status page.
