What is CreatorMarket?
CreatorMarket is a transparent influencer marketplace focused on Dubai and the UAE. We connect brands with verified creators who offer fixed-price service packages.
How much does it cost to use CreatorMarket?
Creating an account and browsing creators is completely free. For brands, there are no platform fees - you pay the creator directly for their services. For creators, listing your packages is free.
How do payments work?
Currently, payments are handled directly between brands and creators. When you place an order, you can propose a custom price or accept the listed price. Both sides can negotiate through counter-offers until they agree. Secure in-platform payments are coming soon.
How does booking work?
Brands browse creator profiles and add packages to their cart. At checkout, you can propose a custom price and describe your requirements. The creator receives your order and can accept, negotiate the price, or decline. Once both sides agree, the delivery deadline starts automatically.
How do I become a verified creator?
Upload a photo of your Emirates ID or Driver's License in your dashboard under Profile → Verification. Our team reviews submissions within 1-2 business days. Once approved, a verified badge appears on your public profile.
What is the Licensed Advertiser badge?
If you hold a UAE advertising or media permit, you can upload it in your dashboard under Profile → Advertising Permit. We accept images (JPG, PNG, WebP) and PDF files. Once our team verifies your document, a "Licensed Advertiser" badge appears on your public profile, signaling to brands that you are officially licensed to run paid promotions in the UAE. Do I need an advertising permit to use CreatorMarket?
No. An advertising permit is not required to create an account or offer your services. However, since February 2026 UAE regulations require an Advertiser Permit for publishing promotional content. Uploading your permit earns you a badge that can increase brand trust and visibility. Learn more at creatormarket.ae/advertising-permit.
What platforms are supported?
We support Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and UGC (User Generated Content) creators. More platforms will be added based on demand.
Can I message creators before booking?
Yes! We encourage brands to message creators before making any commitments. Discuss your requirements, timeline, and expectations before agreeing to work together.
What if I have a dispute with a brand/creator?
We recommend resolving issues directly through our messaging system. If you need assistance, contact our support team and we'll help mediate.
Is CreatorMarket only for UAE-based creators?
Currently, we focus on creators based in the UAE to serve the local market. All prices are in AED and the platform is English-only.
