Use This Page for CreatorMarket Account Deletion

This page is for deleting your CreatorMarket account, including your CreatorMarket profile and account-associated data. It is separate from deleting data from a connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or YouTube account.

For security, account deletion requires you to log in and confirm the deletion from the account you want to delete. A public URL cannot delete an account without authentication and confirmation.

Delete Your Account from Settings

Log in to CreatorMarket with the account you want to delete, then open the correct settings page for your role:

  1. Open Settings while logged in.
  2. Find the Delete Account section.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm both prompts.

What Account Deletion Does

Deleting your account permanently removes or anonymizes CreatorMarket account data associated with your user account, including profile information, packages, campaigns, messages, saved items, connected social-account records, OAuth tokens, and imported connected-account data that we can identify.

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, audit logs, or deletion-request tracking, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and External Accounts

Deleting your CreatorMarket account does not delete your original Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Apple, or Google Play account. If you have an active Apple or Google Play subscription, manage or cancel that subscription in the store account that controls it.

Need Help Deleting Your Account?

If you cannot log in or cannot access the in-account deletion flow, email us at info@creatormarket.ae with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your CreatorMarket account.

We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the deletion request.
